In my recent role as a Senior Production Support Engineer at CircleBlack Inc., I've honed my skills in Python, SQL, and data automation. I've implemented solutions for complex monthly reporting, engineered large-scale data adjustments, and played a key role in critical data migration projects. My ability to efficiently manage and resolve over 3000 JIRA tickets demonstrates my problem-solving skills and dedication to ensuring reliable service operations.

I'm particularly proud of my work on a data quality dashboard with the CTO, which was recognized company-wide. This project, along with my efforts in creating custom reports and automations for clients, showcases my ability to leverage data for actionable insights.
